Carry out a technical analysis of the multi-family residential project in the very centre of Sant Cugat del Vallès, aiming to raise the indoor environmental conditions of the homes and to work in an integrated way on the different chapters of comfort, fostering wellbeing and health for future occupants.

HAUS Healthy Buildings reviews the project through an integral health and wellbeing lens and proposes improvements across every chapter of comfort: thermal envelope and inertia, acoustic control between homes and from the outside, natural and artificial lighting aligned with circadian rhythms, ventilation and indoor air filtration, and selection of materials with low VOC emissions and Environmental Product Declarations.

The analysis is documented home by home with quantifiable criteria, providing the MCP+ team with a guide of traceable and verifiable technical decisions integrated into the project development.

Project in progress. The expected outcome is a residential development in the centre of Sant Cugat with a level of comfort, health and wellbeing well above the market standard, with every decision documented as a foundation for the developer's future projects.
