Reactivate a building that has been closed for nearly two decades using updated sustainability criteria. The refurbishment must preserve the architectural value of the original Bailo Rull project while meeting the standards required by the BREEAM certification.

HAUS Healthy Buildings supports AMOX and the Bailo Rull team in the BREEAM certification process for Hotel Igualada. The work focuses on verifying the sustainability criteria applicable to a refurbishment of this scope, coordinating the documentation required for certification and tracking the project's environmental indicators throughout construction.

Project in progress. The expected outcome is the recovery of a singular building with BREEAM certification, returning to hotel use an emblematic asset of the Bailo Rull studio after nearly twenty years of inactivity.
