Adapt a 1900 building listed as a Site of Cultural Interest to the functional requirements of a contemporary administrative headquarters, integrating an extension that houses the offices and management of MCP services —Integrated Water Cycle, Waste, Transport and the River Park— without compromising the heritage values of the complex.

HAUS leads the VERDE certification process for the project, ensuring environmental sustainability criteria compatible with the heritage constraints of the listed building.
