The challenge

Build a complete and comparable ESG reporting system for the QGAT Hotel, able to measure and communicate the environmental and social impacts of hotel operations, along with the governance policies that underpin them, in a format useful for both internal management and external accountability.

Our approach

HAUS Healthy Buildings supports the QGAT Hotel in defining and tracking ESG indicators. The work is structured in three blocks: environmental (energy, water, waste, emissions, biodiversity), social (health and wellbeing of staff and guests, local community, supply chain) and governance (policies, risk management, transparency).

Each indicator is documented with its calculation methodology, data source and unit of measurement, so the report can evolve year on year and enable benchmarking against hotel-industry references.

The results

Project in progress. The outcome will be a structured and comparable ESG report serving the QGAT Hotel as a tool for management, communication and accountability, aligned with the current sustainability reporting standards in the hotel sector.
