The challenge

Build a boutique hotel with sustainability standards consistent with the rest of the Sant Cugat portfolio (Espai Natura, Slow Building) and compatible with the operational complexity of a hotel building.

Our approach

End-to-end project management, BREEAM certification and development of the industrialised façade patent. Process documented in the QGAT Woodhouse, The Book publication.

The results

BREEAM certification and A-rated energy performance. Use of 73.19 kWh/m²/year of non-renewable primary energy and 11.26 kg CO₂/m²/year.
